Happy: Disadvantage

In the book of Matthew, Jesus gives us the meaning of life, and it’s no secret. An eight-week worship series called, “Happy,” begins on Sunday, July 28, as we turn to Jesus’ famous “Blessed are the . . .” statements at the beginning of the Sermon on the Mount. The first message in the series, “Disadvantage,” is rooted in Matthew 5:1-3 and explores the perspective of the poor in spirit. Contemporary worship takes place in person and online (www.mstarlc.church) at 9:15 AM, and traditional worship takes place in person at 11:15 AM. All are welcome!
