Theme: Choosing God’s way even when it’s hard
Materials: Paper, crayons or markers

Activity:
  1. Read or summarize the story simply.
  2. Draw two roads:
    • One wide and easy
    • One narrow and winding
  3. On the easy road, write things like:
    • avoiding responsibility
    • ignoring problems
    • blaming others
  4. On the harder road, write:
    • telling the truth
    • apologizing
    • helping others
    • trusting God
  5. Talk together:
“Which road leads to real growth?”
