Theme: Choosing appreciation over comparison
Materials: Paper, pen

Activity:
  1. Talk about how the Song of Solomon celebrates others instead of comparing or competing.
  2. Divide a page into two columns:
    • Comparison (what steals joy)
    • Delight (what builds joy)
  3. Fill in examples (jealousy vs. appreciation, insecurity vs. confidence, criticism vs. encouragement).
  4. Circle one way you can choose delight this week (compliment someone, celebrate a friend, notice beauty).
  5. Write:
“Delight grows when I celebrate others.”
