January 21: Live Freely, Matthew 11:28–30
Theme: Choosing rest and freedom in Christ
Materials: Bible, paper, pen, small container (optional)
Activity:
  1. Read Matthew 11:28–30 slowly.
  2. On paper, write down burdens you’ve been carrying (worry, expectations, resentment, busyness).
  3. Fold the paper and place it in a bowl or box as a symbol of giving it to God.
  4. Write one sentence beginning with:
“Living freely with Jesus looks like…”
 5. End with a quiet prayer:
“Jesus, help me trust You with what weighs me down.”
